Sincerely, I am sorry I haven't been blogging lately. Little Pea (who is actually the size of a peach this week. I am 12 weeks along today) is sucking all my extra energy. I can barely get such extra curricular activities such as laundry and dishes done these days.
We are going on a week-long trip to Daytona, FL with the Fleenors tomorrow. Andrew has been begging to leave "now! Please Mommy!" for days. (If you would like highlights from our last Daytona trip, plus a look at the squirt two years ago, see
here. Andrew and I have been watching these videos and others from his first year to get ready for our new baby. He really likes the one where he is crawling for the red cup.) It is a 9 hour drive down, so I am hoping to do some blogging on the way to catch you up on all that has happened. (Really, I'm not sure I even know. I spent a lot of the last month napping. Have I mentioned that I have a fantastic husband?) In the mean time, I took some pictures with my real camera this week that I just had to share.
Andrew and Papa have been working hard in the garden lately. We saw a Curious George episode about composting, so he had to get a closer look at Papa's composter.
He is planting some beans for me on one of Papa's stepping stones in this picture.
Andrew helped Papa start the carrot seeds in the spring. This day there was just one carrot ready to be harvested...

We went to help Mom bring the blueberries in on Monday. She really has a bumper crop this year.

Actually, everyone I had with me that day was pretty beautiful.
I have always said that kid had blueberry eyes!
Andrew really wants to be in on the picture-taking these days. He got these of Nana and Mom (with some technical assistance)
He also took it upon himself to be our quality control inspector.
