We decided to give Drew on cabinet in the kitchen he is allowed to explore, so everything isn't no, no, no.

Can we have oatmeal for breakfast?

Sweet face.

Big boy rocking

Playing Mario Cart with Aunt Emily. The boys actually give him lessons in how to use the controller. They also gave him a special (broken) controller that he is allowed to slobber on.

Gotta love that hair. It is starting to lay down a little more and it sorta makes me sad.

Helping Grandpa with the dishes.
This weekend we went to visit Emily at App. It was freezing! The big upside to this was that Andrew got to wear and appreciate some of the things I have knitted for him over the last few weeks.

Wooly hat and mittens, slobber proof because wool stays warm when it is wet. God is a genius!

I knitted this sweater about 2 weeks ago and we have almost worn it out! The hat I made on the way to Boone at Josh's request. It is soooo cute!

Relaxing in the hammock.

He learned to play peekaboo himself this weekend. Papa's hat works great as a peekaboo prop.
Of course at a certain point we had to sacrifice cuteness for warmth, which is why he is wearing this blinding combo of multicolored stripes and polkadots. He was toasty though.
Clapping with his palms together is another trick he mastered this weekend. He and Papa Robins supervised and encouraged us as we took down the pop up on Monday.
When we got home Andrew was very glad to see Nana and Papa. Papa is hilarious.
At 9 months, he may be getting huge but he still fits in the cubbies in our living room.

That brings you up to yesterday. The only people missing from this post are Sara and Robin, who we miss dreadfully! That is why when Andrew wakes up we are driving to Western to let them take us to lunch. Hooray! We will try to post pictures tonight of our visit.
