Wow, so much alliteration. :-)
It has been a week filled with visits from aunts.
This past Saturday he wore his overalls from Aunt Jennifer. So cute.

Aunt Kathy and Aunt Janet came for a visit that day too.

Josh's Aunt Stefani and her oldest daughter Hannah flew in for the week from Colorado Springs. It has been such a treat to get to spend some time with them. We do NOT see them enough. Andrew agrees.

Josh's Aunt Shawn and her family also came in last weekend.

Emily came in from Appalachian on Wednesday to see him. She only got to come in for two days when Andrew was born. I have been sending her a picture on her phone every day while she has been away, but she needed some snuggles. More pictures of the two of them later. They make a great pair. :-)
We are still totally fascinated with this guy. On Sunday he really started focusing on people's faces, which is soooo cool. It makes diaper changes take a lot longer though, because we end up staring at each other.

His grandmas have gotten to spend lots of time with him this week too. We need to see them every day or all of four of us start to go a little crazy.

Also, an update on Adam: we got to talk to him yesterday on the phone and he sounded great. He did have a piece of bad news. The unit he was originally a part of is also in Afghanistan and the guy they have that does his job got sick or something and had to go home, so they need someone else. They have a lieutenant picked to fill the spot, but if for some reason he can't go, Adam is next in line and he would have to stay with them until June instead of coming home the last week of March. He said that what this unit is doing is even less dangerous than what he is doing now, so it wouldn't be awful if he had to go, but of course he would rather come home. So, prayers please.
When he called, he promised that when he gets home he will spend 24 hours playing Halo and staring at Andrew with Josh and me. Then this morning Andrew and Josh were hanging out and I had to send Adam a picture:

Ha! Funny boys.
We have started swaddling Andrew at night to help him sleep. He startles less in his dreams when he is all wrapped up snug. The other morning Josh brought him to me in bed in his swaddler and he was this blue lump with a sweet little head. I was looking at his head and thinking, "How can you love a single part of a person that much?" It is the most beautiful head I have ever seen. We can't believe how much we love him.
